Maxime Le Dantec

Co-founder and Partner at Resonance

Maxime has been partnering with the most ambitious tech entrepreneurs since 2016. Before founding Resonance, Maxime was a Principal at $5b AUM VC fund Balderton, leading their efforts in France and investing in successful companies like GitGuardian, Kili Technology, Sweep, Photoroom or Numeral. Prior to that he was the CTO of Conv.ai, a conversational AI startup for customer support and graduated from Centrale Paris with an MSc in Data Science.

Mathieu joined Resonance as its first employee in early 2023, aiming to partner with ambitious founders and make Resonance one of the leading European early-stage VC funds. A self-taught “citizen developer”, he spends his spare time tinkering with AI, giving him a penchant for opportunities in the space.
